Overlooking Santa Monica Bay, the Rindge Residence is a bold architectural statement with sweeping 180 degree views of the bay.

Green features and materials are used throughout the house, such as the sustainably harvested Mangaris wood that clads the central volume of the front façade.

Large decks at the two upper levels and a ground level patio all enjoy an unobstructed view of Santa Monica Bay. Overhanging eaves were designed to keep out the most intense rays of the sun while large windows and sliding glass door systems allow indirect sunlight in to illuminate the interior and bring in the ocean breeze.
