The eP Guest House module arrived at the site nearly 100% complete inside and out. The 2-bed/2 bath Guest House came with all bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances installed (minus the refrigerator and dishwasher).

The project also included the eP Master Suite. The spacious bedroom and master bath provide a private retreat while a small office provides a quiet space for working at home. The module arrived at the site nearly 100% complete; the bathroom was finished completely at the factory, as pictured below.

These two modules provide extra living space for the three-generation family and are positioned on the site to maximize the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Los Angeles.
