Davis Studio Architecture + Design is the principal architect for the net-zero, zero carbon, multi-generational Grow Community, phase 1, the Village. Work includes site development, infrastructure layout, and the architectural designs of the individual homes and multi-family row house apartments.

Davis Studio Architecture + Design has had responsibility of for all aspects of the design for the 8 acre Grow Community, including the overall site design, design and location of all the buildings, homes, accessory structures, parking areas, community gardens, parks, play areas, connections to the existing neighborhoods and other site amenities.   As well as being responsible for the architectural design all the homes and apartment buildings, Davis Studio Architecture + Design worked closely with the energy engineers to integrate and coordinate all the leading-edge technologies in the homes to achieve the net-zero/zero carbon standards for a One Planet Community.
