The eP Studio was designed to be an accessory dwelling unit. This is a single module living space, which allows the module to be forklifted into place. For this project, the module was placed on top of a garage that was built on-site. Providing an office and some extra living space for an older Venice home, the module has green features such as cork flooring, no-VOC paints and an efficient heat pump. The module arrived nearly 100% complete from the factory, including a half-bath.
